ACTivate Your Life - Mindfulness course for staff and students

ACTivate Your Life – FREE four week course for Staff and Students.

Would you like to discover how mindfulness techniques can help you manage stress, low self-confidence, anxiety and depression?

Would you like to improve your emotional intelligence so that you are better equipped to cope with the normal stresses of life and work?

Would you simply like to improve or maintain your mental wellbeing?

If so come along to ACTivate Your Life and take the first steps to a richer more fulfilling life.

This FREE course is open to both staff and students and will be run over a four week period. You do not have to attend every session, although we highly recommend you do to get the most out of the programme.

You don’t need to book, just turn up on the day.

12th July 9.30am – 11.30pm 143 Glyndwr Building ACT 2- Facing up to your life
19th July 1.30pm – 3.30pm 143 Glyndwr Building ACT 3- Being mindful
26th July 9.30am – 11.30pm 143 Glyndwr Building ACT 4- Living wisely, living well

* This course will give staff, who are interested in running the course for first year undergraduates in September, a chance to find out what ACTivate is all about.
